Job Description: Leasing agent is expected to perform the following tasks:
  • Book appointments
  • Ascertain client needs

  • Inform client as to our processing procedures and when he/she can expect to hear results
  • Remain the front-line contact throughout entire move-in procedure
  • Prepare move-in baskets and keep inventory of gift products
  • Send out resident birthday cards
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Process applications by providing credit check and criminal record check, verifying rental history and employment
  • Submit completed files to credit manager
  • Obtain and provide rental references
  • Copying
  • Order office supplies
  • Keep record of tenant packages-in and out
  • Prep bills for payment
  • Keep master copy book and memo book updated
  • File income forms, keeping 4D books updated
  • Prepare new resident information packets
  • Fill in for leasing agents when necessary
  • Filing
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Wages: Negotiable, according to experience.
